Herbalife Nutrition Guarantee

Herbalife Nutrition guarantees the quality of any product which carries the Herbalife name and certifies that the products manufactured for it meet high standards of freshness and purity for customer use. We are confident you will find our products satisfactory in every way. However, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any Herbalife product purchased from us, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date that you receive your the product.  Please read "Returns Policy" below for more information.

Delivery / Shipping Information

All orders placed on our website have FREE shipping.
Orders are shipped directly from a Herbalife warehouse.


We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages however we can assist in the tracking and follow up.  Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can help.

Returns & Refund Policy

If you need to return or exchange goods for any reason, please note the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.  Please contact us in the first instance so that we can discuss further and so we can explain the return process.

You will be required to fill out a Customer Request for Refund form to accompany the returned product(s).

On receipt of the returned product(s), you will be entitled to either a refund for the returned product(s) or we can arrange replacement product(s) - as we will have discussed.  The refund can only be processed once the goods have been received so we recommend that you ship the goods back with tracking options to ensure their safe delivery.

If you paid for your order online using a debit/credit card, that same card will be used for the refund.  If you paid offline (by online banking), you will need to advise your bank details so that we can process the refund to your bank account.  There are no cash refunds on credit card purchases.


We are able to offer two payment options for online shopping:


All credit/debit card purchases made on this website are processed using PayPal, which is a secure online payment gateway.  This process is easy, quick and secure and ensures that your credit/debit card and personal details are kept protected and safe.

Your payment will be processed for the full amount and charged against your credit/debit card at the time of checkout.

Payments will appear on your statement under the name Herbal Nutrition.


We accept AfterPay.  You will need to have your own AfterPay account set up in order to use this facility.  As per their requirements, there is a minimum order of $35.


You may prefer to do an "offline payment" when you reach the checkout.  We will receive your order but your products cannot be sent until we have received your full payment into our bank account.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order as well as our bank details and an order number.  Please use this order number as the reference when arranging the bank transfer.  Once payment has been received, we will send a further confirmation via email to advise shipping details.


Prices are stated in NZ dollars and include GST.  These are subject to change without notice.
